Olena Plakhova has over 20 years of successful experience in integrated communications, in-depth expertise in strategic reputation management and crisis management. She led these areas in large Ukrainian companies, including Continuum, Corum Group, and Starlight Media.

Since 2020, she has held the position of Chief Reputation Officer at Nova Post Group. Her key professional achievements include communicating business model changes, company management model, and social behavior changes among employees of a particular group. In 2021, her marketing and communication team won the Effie Awards Ukraine, and her projects received 35 awards in national and international rankings.

She is the author of numerous expert columns and articles on reputation management, crisis communications, etc.
